Hispanic Women in San Antonio
Being a Hispanic women myself, I want to look at different generations of Hispanic women and find out if there have been any struggles in their lives, how they have overcome the issue, if they are still struggling with the issue and their views/opinions on equality for women.
*Update on project idea 1*
I am really excited about this project idea and I have been moving forward with this idea. So far I have 7 Hispanic women from different generations willing to be interviewed and photographed. My ideal number would be 10 women and I am 100% positive I can get the last 3 women to participate. I really think it is important to share their stories to inform other women that they are not alone in their own personal battles.
*Second Update on project idea*
This project is really moving along, I spazzed on the due date of my project proposal, but I have been working on my project. I have 8 women participating in my project, each person has expressed how exciting this project idea is. Questions being formed for this project are becoming more in depth and I am really excited to interview these women, I cannot wait to share my story as well.
*Third Update on project idea*
I have all my strong female Hispanic women ready to be interviewed, I have setup scheduled times to meet up and conduct the interview. These women have been so supportive and were glad to help me out on this project. I am really excited to see the finished project! I really like that this project is done in pieces instead of trying to do it all in one setting.
*Fourth update on project idea*
I have completed all my interviews and can be seen on the last page of this blog. So far I have posted 7 out of the 10 beautiful women I had the pleasure of interviewing.
